Chief Executive Officer
Chris is a highly experienced senior property executive with in excess of 25 years’ experience in the building, construction, development and residential property industry. His expertise is across the entirety of the property development cycle from acquisitions, development management, construction delivery to sales and marketing management, including management of investor channels.
Chris commenced in the construction industry in 1990 as a qualified Quantity Surveyor and gravitated toward Estimating in residential and commercial development before he joining LendLease in 2000. Chris transitioned to the residential developments business, Delfin Living as State Manager overseeing the operational management of their medium-density house and land projects. This then led to Chris exploring an opportunity at FKP as National General Manager for Land Development.
In 2012 Chris joined Rivergum Homes as General Manager, Qld. Within this position, he focussed on streamlining processes to assist in better operational management, leading to a successful turnaround result. Following this, Chris joined Oliver Hume Real Estate Group where he worked closely with the Managing Director to facilitate and undertake operational change, and formulate strategic plans to increase business growth. As the largest residential project marketing company in Victoria, Chris assessed and improved processes across their various business divisions, including client and customer management, sales processes, CRM systems, branding and business development. After a successful two years in this position, Chris transitioned to a new start-up business unit – Oliver Hume Property Funds. This was a start-up venture set-up to bring together syndicated groups of investors to undertake high-yield property development investments for which he was responsible across all operational areas of the business. Through this experience, Chris joined Anne Street Partners as the Head of Realty for investment property solutions for their financial planning clients. He has since transitioned into QNV Constructions as CEO.
Chief Financial Officer/Chief Operations Officer
Aaron was appointed to the dual role of Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operations Officer for QNV Constructions in March of 2017. The purpose of this appointment was to bring a fresh approach to process enhancement and financial management to the business. Aaron has a wealth of knowledge and experience from 15 years of CPA accreditation across a diverse range of industries. This variety of industry exposure has presented an assortment of successful operational concepts and methodologies to improve business performance. Aaron joined QNV Constructions from I-MED Radiology which is a private owned national radiology provider where he was the Commercial Manager for Queensland. Prior to this appointment has worked in building supply and solar installation businesses.
Shane directs QNV Constructions across all disciplines of construction and project management. With 30 years’ experience in the construction industry, Shane has managed a diverse range of projects from luxury residential building to commercial construction, nationwide. His experience spans multiple facets of the industry as a Licensed Builder and Executive Director. His long-term industry presence has enabled a respected influential status, evidenced by his multiple award winning projects within the Gold Coast & Northern Rivers Region.
Whether it be sourcing quality locations for the ideal investment property and land packages, establishing relationships with developers for innovative projects or building custom builds, Shane is continually on the lookout for new opportunities and is at the forefront of progression for QNV.
Nigel started with QNV as a highly recommended sub-contractor. He was appointed Construction Manager of the QNV team in 2011. Nigel brings to his leadership role his qualification as an open class supervisor and builder for low-rise construction, as well as an attention to detail and an unwavering dedication to a quality finish.
An emphasis on a hands-on approach often sees Nigel on-site to ensure every QNV project is completed with a consistent quality. A humanistic approach to leadership and client relationships also aligns with QNV’s ethos, providing an ensured foundation for project success.
Business Development Manager
With a career dedicated to exceptional service standards, a reputation for achieving sales milestones and client satisfaction for a number of Australia’s largest development groups, Tracey joined QNV Constructions as the Business Development Manager in 2015. Her role is specifically focused on maintaining relationships and partnering with key distributors.
Well connected within the construction and property industry throughout Australia, Tracey is adept at working with a wide range of clients to understand their needs and create mutually beneficial solutions. Tracey’s passion for the building industry ensures QNV remains at the forefront of developments within the construction industry.
Tracey prides herself on developing long-standing relationships and proactively seeks opportunities with both existing and new business partners.
